Joomla - bulk mailing

Mass Mail is used to send emails to a group of registered users. Users can be selected based on groups.
Step 1 − To use this feature, go to Users → Bulk Mail Users as shown in the screen below.
Step 2 − The next screen shows the bulk mail window.
The Mass Mail window provides the following options:

Subject − Used for the email subject.

Message − Adds the content of the email.

Mail to child user groups - used to send email to all child groups of the parent group.

Send in HTML mode − It uses the HTML code in the mail.

Send to Disable Users - Disable users will be enabled when sending mail, if checked.

Bcc Recipients - hides the list of recipients and adds a copy to the site's mail.

Group - Selects a group to send mail to.

There is a toolbar in the top left corner with the following options −
Send Mail - Used to send an email after editing is complete.
Cancel - Cancels unsaved changes.
