Joomla - Edit Menu Items

In this chapter, we will cover the simple steps to modify menu items in Joomla. You can learn how to create a menu in the Joomla - Create Menu chapter . You can also learn how to add menu items to the menu bar in Joomla - Adding Menu Items chapter .
Step 1 − Click Menu → Menu 1 ( Menu 1 was created in Joomla - Create Menu chapter ) as shown below.
Step 2 − Select the file you want to edit by checking the box and then click the Edit button to open the selected page for editing as shown below.
Step 3 − After clicking on the edit button, you will get the following screen. Here you can change the file of your choice.
Here you can change the menu item type by clicking the Select button and selecting the menu type. And in Select Article , by clicking on the Edit button , you can edit any particular page or article.
Click the Save button to save the changes to the edited file.
